The two ways to settle a booking, what you pay online, and when the Service Fee appears.
Two ways to settle
Pay Now charges the listed service amount online through Stripe. You also see a Service Fee — card processing on that booking, including VAT on those processing costs where it applies.
Pay at Shop holds the slot without taking the service balance online. You pay in person, as you would after booking by phone. A card may be saved at €0.00. The Service Fee, when it applies, is still collected online at checkout.
The Service Fee
The Service Fee is shown before you pay and covers card processing, not an extra slice of the service price. If a visit is fully covered by membership credits, we do not add that fee — you already paid when you bought the plan.
Gifts, groups, and flash prices use the same checkout. Shop payout terms live in the Merchant Agreement, not as a second line on your receipt.
Gifts, groups, and flash prices
A gift booking stays on the paying account. You name the recipient so the shop knows who is coming. A group or bridal link lets each guest book and pay for themselves inside a shared session.
Flash / Quiet Chair slots apply the shop’s stated discount when you claim a live window. The Service Fee is calculated on what is actually due online.
If a charge looks unexpected
Check the checkout breakdown first: services, credits, Service Fee, flash discount. Then the shop. Then us, via Contact, with the approximate time and shop name. Receipts show MeFirst or the shop’s connected account depending on the charge. We do not store full card numbers.
