Shop memberships and visit credits
Prepaid visit packs for customers, and how shops create plans on Plus or Platinum.
Updated 6 September 2026
A pack of visits, with a clear price
A shop can sell a named plan — for example twelve cuts — at a prepaid price. Each covered visit uses one credit. Validity can be open-ended or a number of days the shop sets. You pay when you buy; later checkouts can use credits instead of charging the service again.
Plans are a Plus or Platinum feature. If a shop leaves Plus, checkout is the authority — a membership purchase without Plus is declined.
Buying and redeeming
On the shop page, choose a plan and pay. The membership then sits under Memberships in your account. At a later booking, if that shop’s service is on the plan, credits can cover the visit. Fully credited visits skip the Service Fee.
Removing a plan in Settings stops new sales. Credits customers already bought stay with them.
