A Plus feature, when the shop switches it on
The live queue runs when the shop is on Plus or Platinum and has queue enabled in Settings. If you do not see Join the queue, that shop is not offering it today.
Customers pick a service, sign in if needed, and join. The page shows a wait estimate. You can leave from the same shop page. Joining is not a payment; when you are seated, the shop turns the wait into an appointment on their book.
For the shop
Seat people from the calendar so the app and the floor agree. If you turn the queue off, seat or clear anyone still waiting first.
The queue is for walk-ins you can take now. Pre-booked slots, memberships, and flash windows each have their own place.
