Go live when payouts are ready
Onboarding covers profile, location, services, staff, photos, Stripe Connect, and a plan. You accept the Merchant Agreement at the end — that is where Pay Now commission and cancellation holds are set out. You can skip Stripe for a moment and pick a plan, but Explore and customer booking stay off until charges and payouts are enabled.
Photos are compressed to WebP for the web. Lookbook videos stay video. Stories last 24 hours and sit alongside a proper gallery, they do not replace it.

Free: listing, What’s New, stories, POS, calendar, payouts, confirmation and cancellation emails.
Plus at €19.99/month: reminders, Quiet Chair / marketing emails, memberships, digital walk-in queue.
Platinum at €24.99/month: everything in Plus, plus the merch shop (collected in-store) and slightly wider discovery extras.

Owners subscribe through Stripe Checkout, or stay on Free. Admins can switch plans for testing.

Merch and memberships only save when the plan includes them.
Once you are live
Dashboard is today’s book, POS is the till, Calendar is the week, Settings is the shop. My Profile is where you post a story from the avatar. Customers who follow you see What’s New in Following; they never see your till.
Pet friendly is one switch. On shows the line on your public page. Off simply omits it.
