Share how you like the chair to feel, read photos with a little context, and arrive ready.
How you want the hour to feel
Vibe and service preferences are collected at checkout so they travel with the appointment. Quiet versus chatty is a courtesy to the team, and they will do their best around a busy book.
If you have a patch test, a pregnancy, an allergy, or a scalp concern, mention it in the notes and again in person. The form is a heads-up, not a medical record.
Lookbook, stories, and verified results
Lookbook posts on What’s New stay until the shop removes them. Stories expire after 24 hours. Verified results are after-visit photos a customer sent and the shop chose to publish, labelled so you can tell a real chair from a styled shoot.
No photo is a promise of an identical result. Hair, skin, and lighting all play a part. A picture you like, brought to the consultation, is still one of the most useful things you can carry.
A few practical notes for Ireland
Addresses use Eircodes when the shop entered one. Map pins and travel times are estimates from open map data and can be off in traffic.
Pet friendly is opt-in. Cancellation windows are often 24 hours — read the line on the shop page. Bring the payment method you chose: Pay Now should already be settled; Pay at Shop means paying at the till.
