Find a shop in Ireland, fill a cart, add vibe notes if you like, and check out in a few calm steps.
Start on Explore
Explore opens on a map of shops that are ready to take bookings — the owner has finished payouts setup. Listings still in onboarding stay off the map until they can actually be booked.
Search when you know the service or the shop name. Popular searches reflect what people have typed recently. Category filters sit with Discover further down the same page.
Read the shop page
Each shop page is the catalogue: address and Eircode, category, team, prices, durations, cancellation notice, lookbook, reviews, and a Pet friendly line when the owner has switched it on. If that line is not there, it is best to ask before bringing a pet.
Flash slots are last-minute discounted windows the shop created. Memberships are prepaid visit packs. Merch is retail you pay for online and collect in the shop. Those blocks only appear when the shop offers them.
One cart, one checkout
Pick a service, a team member or Any Available, a day, and a slot. Add to cart. Repeat for a second service or another shop the same day. Checkout is one payment decision for the whole cart.
If two stops are far apart, the itinerary estimate uses open map data and can miss traffic, so leave a little extra time. If a first appointment runs long, a quick message to both shops is the kindest way to keep the afternoon on track.
Vibe notes
At checkout you can share how you like the chair to feel — quieter, more chatty — and a few service preferences. Those notes go on the booking for the shop. They are not a public review and they do not rank shops. Skipping them is fine.
You sign in with Google to check out. That creates a customer account unless you already own a shop. After payment or a Pay at Shop hold, open My Appointments from the account menu.
Changing a booking
Use My Appointments. Each shop sets a notice window. Cancel a Pay Now booking with enough notice and ninety percent of the service amount is refunded; the Service Fee is not. Inside the window, the online payment is kept. If the shop cancels, everything you paid online comes back, including the Service Fee. If a charge looks wrong, use Contact with the time and shop name.
